đ How the Daily Challenge Works
Every midnight (UTC), the Mahjong Online Daily Challenge generates a brand-new, globally identical deal. Every player across the United Kingdom and around the globe receives the exact same starting tile layout, creating a fair playing field where you can test your speed, move efficiency, and daily consistency.
Like all classic Shanghai puzzles, the objective is to clear all 144 tiles by pairing identical free tiles. A tile is free when it has no tile resting on top and has at least one open lateral edge (left or right).
đ Daily Challenge Rules & Streak Mechanics
1. Globally Synchronized Seed
The daily board is deterministically generated using the current calendar date string. Everyone plays the exact same board today.
2. Consecutive Day Streaks (đĨ)
Completing today's challenge increases your daily streak count. Miss a day, and the counter resets! Check your current and all-time best streaks in the đ Stats panel.
3. Daily Share Cards
When you clear the board, click đ¤ Share Result to copy or share your completion time, moves count, and streak to WhatsApp, Reddit, or social media.
4. Replay and Improve Your Time
You can replay today's daily puzzle as many times as you like to refine your route and set a new personal fastest time.
